FTWS now stands for Full Technical WordPress Support (previously it was "Full Technical Webmastering Service")
Our FTWS program has been really well recieved. In fact. probably a little too well as we encountered a bit of a problem with it in that some people wanted us to attend to so many items that just weren't related to the setup, running or management of WordPress sites and so we've decided to correct that now by making an amendement to the way that we deliver the service.
FTWS Full Technical WordPress Support is exactly what it indicates it is. It's a full service WordPress Technical support program in which we'll attend to anything at all relating to the setting up and management of WordPress sites. That includes attendance to to you WP-Admin panel and also cPanel controls and mySQL databases.
FTWS for site development: We will develop and work on any kind of WordPress site for you using your FTWS credits. That includes everything from personal blogs to corporate websites, membership websites and modules, forums, shopping and eCommerce sites, and we'll even install and configure sales pages for you using WordPress. If you need to have content inserted and edited we'll attend to that for you too. The only exception that we won't get involved with is the creation of actual sales letters, sales pages and all the mechanisms that go with that such as uploads/downloads, and thankyou pages etc.
FTWS exclusions:
- The creation of actual sales letters, sales pages and all the mechanisms that go with that such as uploads/downloads, and thankyou pages etc.
- Anything to do with setting up of cPanels using WHM
- Anything related to the use and publication of html (non WP pages) unless it relates to an html file inclusion with a WordPress sites.
- Setting up autoresponders (such as Aweber) unless it is by request or there are special circumstances we will not provide autoresponder set up services.
- Setting up newsletters outside of WordPress (WP newsletter plugins are an exception in that we will set such plugins up)
- Graphics creation relating to any site. We will of course insert graphics and create html links for them but the actual creation of graphics falls under a seperate service that we can provide should you be in need of headers, banners, e-covers etc. at very competitive rates.
- Creating graphs, charts, or spreadsheets for any post or page. We will of course insert any of these such items for you provided that you have created and edited them prior.
