Optimum WordPress Server Details Submission Form

Please use this form to submit the server details upon which you would like your Optimum WordPress installation to occur.

Some of the fields included in this form require the relevant details to be included in order to activate the form. If you have difficulty with any of these form fields please use our contact form to send a message confirming such difficulty and we'll get back to you in order to get the required details from you to enable installation :)

Hint: When you first opened your hosting account, the hosting company would have sent you an email with all of this information in it. If not, or if you cant find it you can request the information from them and they should be able to easily provide it for you.

Important Note: Please note that cPanel is required for the installation of Optimum WordPress. Most Hosting companies use cPanel but others such as Godaddy, Dreamhost, & MediaTemple do not and as such we cannot install Optimum WordPress on them using our auto installer software. Such installations can be performed manually but this requires a lot more work (similar to that required of an upgrade to an existing installation) and as such attracts an additional fee.

If you'd like to see a demo sample of what an Optimum WordPress installation looks like from the front end you can see one here!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Until such time as thist form is received by us no work will take place on your site whatsoever. The reason for that is simple,- the submission form gives us the essential details we need to access your server and perform the work.

Before you submit your cpanel details please check that they are correct by performing a manual trial of the URL (hint: th URL for cPanel is usually the same as your domain URL with a /cpanel extentsion,- so it would look something like this:   http://yourdomain.com/cpanel/

Full Name (1st - 2nd)
Your Email
Domain Name for WP installation
Name of Hosting Company
cPanel Address
